The Process

​

Once you are on our mailing list you will receive emails regularly with great investment deals. If you like the look of a particular deal follow the instructions on the email to reserve:

• You receive an email and when you see a property you like the look of, just follow the instructions to get in touch

• We will have a phone or zoom call to run you through the property details, ROI Figures, Pictures etc

• If you want to proceed we will send over terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee

• Once we received the signed terms of sale and payment we will then arrange a call/zoom call to disclose full property details

• We then instruct the selling/letting agents who the buyer/tenant is via email

• Property is marked SSTC

• The purchase process goes through as usual

• We then take a step backwards and let you deal directly with the agent

We remain on hand to assist if needed throughout the entire process
